Transformation of self! What is transformation? Transformation is taking your energy to new levels. Expanding your personal energy and power comes from creating what you desire, this is transformation of self.
My objective as a transformational coach is to facilitate and support individuals in empowering themselves, so they create personal transformations and expand their creative power. My approach firstly with clients is to engage with them personally and develop an understanding of their own unique situation and context. Understanding and gaining insight into an individual is vital as my coaching is not a one size fits all system.
Developing awareness and understanding of an individual’s context is imperative for transformation. The individual personally must also develop awareness of their context. Context is everything as it provides the space and landscape within which an individual experiences and creates reality. Transforming personal context is vital.
Once understanding and awareness is developed. I always make it my next objective to present and provide clients with concepts, techniques and exercises that stimulate and expand the imagination. This is all tailored to the unique situation and context of a client!
Imagination needs stimulating, expanding and applying if you desire powerful transformation. Creating what you desire requires imagination. Imagination is necessary to discover what you truly desire and to expand your energy. Remember transformation is taking your energy to new levels.
Imagination when awakened and stimulated generates new ideas, insights and directions which if acted upon create transformation.
Action is required! Your Imagination when active is energising, inspiring and a powerful part of the creative process. However action is the final necessary component to manifest and create your true profound desire as a fact in the world.
Imagination furthermore creates new insight to transform personal context. Living life with greater energy and power requires greater context. Therefore imagination is the key! Because if you are creating your reality within the same limited context as before, your personal transformation will be limited.
The mainstream coaching modalities and new age spiritual teachings are generally far too reductionist in it’s approach to transformation! The mainstream and new age approach usually involves providing an individual with a kind of generic and contrived system for transforming self.
The life coaching models and new age presents one size fits all systems designed to help you be ‘your best version’ and ‘adapt better to reality’. The problem is that reality presented to you is depleting your energy and power.
Transformation of self is creating your own personal reality! And not by adapting to a reality which is presented to you. Furthermore new age and life coaching modalities promote systems usually derived from the concept of altruism. Perceiving altruism as the key for an individual to transform, service to others and for the good of the collective rather than the self.
The self, the individual furthermore is often demonised and perceived as negative and egotistical by mainstream and new age teachings.
‘We are all one’, is the generalised slogan often parroted by spiritual gurus and life coaches to buttress their altruistic philosophy. Okay well what does that mean exactly ‘We are all one’? Are we all one melted cheese toastie? Are we all one blob of pink fluff? What does it mean exactly?
Now please don’t misinterpret me here. I am all about the expansion of human consciousness. However I believe with a strong conviction that the expansion of consciousness on this planet is the result of many individuals transforming self!
The individual liberated, living with and through imagination is transforming self! Imagination used to create is transformation! Expanding the context within which to create your own reality is transformation of self! Your energy and power expanded by what you create is transformation! Expressing self uniquely, spontaneously, naturally and with authenticity is transformation!
Awaken your inner power! Transform your infinite self ,and when you do you transform the world!
