Three states of consciousness. There are actually several states of consciousness! However what I intend to present in this article is the concept that we experience 3 main states of consciousness which significantly impact our personal power and energy.
What is consciousness ? Consciousness is the awareness and perception of oneself in relation to external and internal responses. Consciousness is everything and its something that is unquantifiable. Consciousness is state of awareness, being and expression.
The expression of an individual’s unique infinite power and energy can give birth to many emotions, sensations and states of awareness. Expanding one self requires transcending other states of consciousness which may not gives us these magical states of awareness and energy.
Every state of consciousness has its purpose, is vital and helpful in certain contexts and scenarios. However if a state of consciousness becomes too pervasive this suppresses and diminishes the individual’s power.
The three main states of consciousness we experience and which I will discuss are Feedback loop Consciousness, Problem-solution Consciousness and Creative Consciousness. One of these states of consciousness expands and energises greater than the other two, and is one in which we can experience unlimited feelings of joy, freedom, power and abundance.
Feedback loop Conscioussness
You are in a busy town and while talking to a friend a car dramatically backfires causing a loud noise. This noise diverts your attention almost instantaneously, you and your friend look in the direction of the car. People on the street are looking and there is a shift in focus. The focus now this event and what has just happened. Your friend is feeling shocked and you ask ”are you okay?”. Your friend replies ” I’m okay just a little shaken up ”. The direction of the conversation and your awareness is now being placed on how am I doing? and on what is happening in the external environment.
An example as I describe above is someone responding to external stimuli and placing their awareness and attention on this stimuli, feedback loop consciousness.
While gardening on a beautiful sunny day a bee amongst the flowers stings you on the hand, causing a painful sensation. Your focus is now on the pain and where it is in the body.
Feeling agitated by the sting and with your focus on this intense sensation, you also notice your left shoulder is feeling crinkly and has been like this for a few weeks. You say to yourself, ”This shoulder is not doing great recently, maybe I have a problem with it. I ought to get it checked out . I hope I don’t need surgery I cant afford time off work. I need to pay off that loan I borrowed for the car.” A whole internal dialogue and consultation is in motion.
The internal consultation continues. ” Really what am I doing with my life ? 39 years old and I have no savings. My job brings me no fulfilment it bores me. I am trapped though paying back this loan which I got for a car. I only use the car to go to work so I can pay back the loan I borrowed to buy this car. I feel like a failure and this bee sting isn’t helping, oh god my life.”
Despair! Now your in a loop where all awareness is on how am I doing. This creates a depletion of energy and negative emotions start to arise if what your focusing on is not putting you in a space of power. How am I doing? A typical feedback loop consciousness question that can leave an individual without control and at the mercy of stimuli.
Take this further and an individual is functioning in such way where everything is relating to how am I doing? how do I feel? All of the time. Consciousness is not expanding because of a fixation with feedback, energy is waning and so is inner power.
When an individual becomes entrenched in a state of feedback loop consciousness, they are blocking themselves off from there own infinite power and capacity to create. This disconnection and lack of expansion comes from a continuous loop that suppresses awareness of infinity and what is possible. If only the individual could just get out of the loop, and see that new realities and experiences are possible that exist outside of the framework of ‘How am I doing’.
I would like to emphasis a point! feedback loop consciousness has certain qualities and benefits. There is a purpose to feedback loop consciousness.
This state of consciousness for example is helpful in connecting with the body, its necessary in certain contexts particularly in relation to various forms and practices of healing and medicine. In situations where reflexes or survival instincts are required feedback loop consciousness is vital.
The key is to be aware that feedback loop consciousness is necessary in certain situations but that it does not become too invasive for you. Who you are, the infinite unique expression of consciousness is not defined by simply how am I doing?
Problem-Solution Consciousness
The inventor sees a civilisation living in darkness when the sun goes down. This particular individual perceives that as a problem so he invents the light bulb. Wonderful now there is light.
The engineer sees a village with no clean drinking water, so the engineer invents a filtration and pump system to provide clean drinking water to an entire village. Vital life saving and transformative work.
The chess grandmaster solves tactical puzzles all day and becomes a super tactical solver that makes him a champion. Once again brilliant, this individual feels alive and a sense of achievement.
History on this planet is replete with fantastic minds which invented truly incredible innovations all to solve specific problems or perceived problems. Problem solution consciousness has transformed and empowered society and is therefore far greater state of consciousness than feedback loop consciousness.
Problem solution consciousness is transformative and powerful so what other possible states of consciousness is necessary or could be desired? What could be the problem with it? There is a problem and its solved, wonderful.
Sometimes the solving of a particular problem creates a new innovation that transforms society positively. Therefore I ask what could possibly be negative about problem solution consciousness?
I will describe now an imaginary and hypothetical scenario but very plausible one to illustrate the pitfalls of problem solution consciousness.
Lets take the engineer, he is a magnificent problem solver. The company he works for have a problem. “Great, I cant get of bed if there isn’t a problem to be solved” the engineer declares.
The engineer solves problems all day long, he feels alive and energised by solving problems. The engineer is operating deeply immersed in problem solution consciousness.
The engineer has a 12 year old son. The son is bright, healthy, happy and interacts well with his peers. However the engineer keeps thinking to himself ” The boy is a problem!, I love you son but your a problem”
The engineer perceives his son as a problem to solve, in fact a big problem for him to solve. The engineer really is finding this a challenge. Why? well firstly the son is picking up on this vibe that his father may actually perceive him as a problem and this is creating unease and tension.
Secondly the engineer fails to realise that there is more to life than just seeing everything as a problem to solve. He is operating out of a limited sense of possibilities and perception.
Problem soultion consciousness is so pervasive within the psyche of the engineer that everything he sees around him (including his son) is a problem to be solved. He doesn’t perceive his son as a unique infinite individual who expresses himself in his own unique way. The engineer is not concerned in the development, expansion and expression of his son and how he can encourage or facilitate this. He is concerned in solving the problem, that problem he perceives is his son.
Apply now this state of consciousness to a global level, now you have a society run by people who see only problems everywhere. Problems are created by systems that are designed to solve them, because what else is there? Globalists exploit problems they created often themselves to provide solutions which will create a paradigm shift that will push forward their agenda.
Those working in this globalist system and structure are operating from a state of problem soultion consciousness. This filters done government agencies, corporations and research institutions. This creates a culture of micro managers and androids who see everything as a problems to solve. We have all met these kind of individuals and they seem radiate a certain energy of criticism and frustration.
Problem soultion consciousness pervades in academia, a place where many are recruited as foot soldiers to carry out the globalist operation. Academia ultimately cultivates this state of consciousness as it is systematically revered. The imagination and uniqueness of an individual is pushed aside and drummed out to make way for structure and function .
Problem solving androids appear successful and are rewarded materially. They fit like a cog into the well oiled machine of globalism. Society is full of people operating predominately out of problem soultion consciousness.
Problem soultion consciousness in its extreme can go to very dark places. Take an individual such Bill Gates. Bill Gates is regarded as a great problem solver, a genius of our time ! He perceives a problem and he looks and finds solutions in quite a fantastic manner.
Gates perceives a big problem. The problem he perceives is that the world is overpopulated, there is inequality everywhere , there is climate change and this is creating so many more problems globally.
Bill Gates has this ability and capacity to solve problems, He is the man for the job. Really he is a worm but the propaganda paints another picture.
Gates is serving the globalist agenda and he is selling a lie that humanity is a disease and a problem. Gates has solutions though! He creates his Bill and Melinda Gates foundation and carries out the globalist fascist agenda of depopulation and control for elites. This operation is carried out disguised by the PR of Saving the world, building a better future and creating equality for everyone.
When problem-soultion consciousness is too pervasive it creates a hardening of the soul. Solving problems becomes everything , even if it involves carrying out dark and destructive operations. Fascism is problem-solution consciousness in its most extreme expression. Everything is a problem and only top down control and dictatorship can solve it.
Now please don’t misinterpret what I am saying in this article. Problem-soultion consciousness has its place as does feedback loop consciousness. These 2 states of consciousness have there benefits in certain contexts which I outlined in this article. The key is to be aware of there benefits and recognise how they can become too pervasive.
Creative Consciousness
An artist living in a small apartment has very little money, he can just about afford to pay the rent and his fridge is bear. He is painting everyday for hours and is creating some wonderful pieces of art. Everyday he wakes up and starts painting. The artist is excited, inspired, energised and on an adventure with his imagination and creative power.
The artist is going to local galleries and trying to secure a deal. He has received some rejections but he keeps looking and more importantly he keeps creating, eventually a gallery decide to exhibit his work. This builds a greater self esteem, an authentic self esteem that he created personally. Even though materially and financially he has challenges , his energy and sense of self is expanding. This is an example of an individual being in a state of creative consciousness.
Creative consciousness is a powerful and energising state to be in, and of the three states far greater. Relate this state of consciousness to experiences when you have been so immersed in doing something creative that time flew by and you felt in a truly wonderful space of energy, you felt power and good about yourself. This state of consciousness can be applied also to activities that expand imagination or deepen the mind-body connection.
How to get into a state of creative consciousness ? Well the clue is be creative. Create something new, if you don’t know what to create, stimulate and apply your imagination.
Here is an exercise to try out; Write down on paper a list of things under the heading ‘What you imagine creating in the world’. Commit to the exercise and use your imagination. List whatever comes to mind no matter how bizarre. Guaranteed at some point you will discover something you really desire creating.
Another way/technique to arrive at a state of creative consciousness. Purchase at your local arts and craft shop or order online the following items; A big tube of black and white acrylic paint, a paint pallet, a few different sized paint brushes and a pad of acrylic canvas sheets. Then get a jar or container of warm water to dip your brushes and start painting.
Paint whatever, do it fast and without thinking. Just paint different strokes, shapes, lines, figures or whatever. When one sheet is finished go onto the next until you have done fifty.
Then look at those fifty paintings and see what emotions, thoughts or energies arise. Don’t analyse or judge, just observe and notice how your inner space and energy feels in that moment.
Creating something new and in a spontaneous way expands inner, space, power and energy. Personal transformation takes place when you create. By creating you learn something about what it is to create, you learn something about yourself.
Creative consciousness is where your infinite self expands and empowers.
